Balwinder Singh [B.Com, FCA,FICWA DISA, AIV, LIII:  he is a member of the Managing committee of the Chandigarh branch of Northern India Regional Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Chairman of the Chandigarh-Panchkula Chapter of Northern India Regional Council of the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India.
He has been teaching Advanced accounts to students of CA Final for the last 10 years and is now also teaching Cost accounting and Financial Management to students of CA PE II.
He is a faculty speaker in the field of accounting and auditing and has delivered a number of lectures in various seminars organised by Chandigarh Branch of ICAI, ICWAI,CII, Department of Central Excise and Customs. His articles on accounting standards have been published in various journals including Bombay Chartered Accountant, Management Accountant and journals of various branches of professional organisations.
